《Comprehensive Geological Research and Development Scheme of Reservoir in Yanchang Group of Weibei Oilfield》:
Yanchang group of Weibei oilfield is lithologic reservoir with low-porosity and particularly low permeability, which fault system and structural feature are not workable,the accuracy of strata correlation is low,and the favorable sedimentary facies are not clear. Through the research of fine strata correlation, structural feature, sedimentary facies, fine reservoir logging evaluation and reserves evaluation, the company provided dependable geological foundation for the sequent plan regulation. In the process of project, 105 water flood injection wells and production wells were deployed and implemented, and the probability of wells which drilled fine reservoir reached to 100%. There was no producing well before the project; daily oil production has reached to 56t now,and cumulative production has reached to 8120t.

《Reservoir Prediction of Exceptional Lithology(Dolomite) in Es1x of QiNan Sub-depression》:
QiNan Sub-depression is an important exploration battlefield of Dagang oilfield, which Es1x group is carbonate platforms. The thickness of stratum is between 50 and 70 meters and the reservoir thickness is about 2 meters. Because horizontal and vertical distribution and continuous law of dolomite is unclear, the development of oil fields is directly affected. To solve the above problems, in-depth and meticulous studies of structure and reservoir were carried out, for clearing characteristics of structure, reservoir and sedimentary and establishing interpretation model of parameters of low permeability reservoir. Then, reservoir evaluation and forecasting were carried out for dolomite of this area.

The technology of comprehensive fault block fine reservoir description has been applied in 16 block units including Research Institute of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield and Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield.
《Fine Reservoir Description and Comprehensive Adjustment Program Research of Ken12 block of Shengli Oilfield》: Ken12 block is a faulted nose structure which is complicated by faults. Reservoir characteristics were dissected by fine strata correlation, low-level faults description, fine reservoir logging evaluation; which provided dependable geological foundation for the sequent plan regulation. After implementation of the program, 3 new drilling wells and 9 wells of various measures were deployed and implemented in the same year, and the cumulative oil production reached to 2.4×104t。

The PDP reserve forecast of Cy-Jack oilfield.
Cy-Jack oilfield (the block of Trail Mountain company) is located in Terry County of Texas. The area is about 9.62km2. There are 5 wells in the area. The production formation of Cy-Jack oilfield is Wolfcamp. Volumetric method is used to calculate the single controlled OOIP. The result is that the sum of single controlled OOIP of 5 wells is 34.18MMbbl. Under the given economic evaluation parameters, the PDP reserves of 5 oil wells are calculated by using the Decline curve method. The total PDP of the oil is 19.35Mbbl and the total PDP of the gas is 2318.04Mcf. Comprehensive considering the pretax net present value and financial results in investment recovery period under the different purchase price, the analysis shows that it can obtain profit when single well acquisition price is less than $40,000.

Reserve Estimation and Development Plan Design of Banker Oil field, Albania.
The Banker Oil Field began to be developed in 1939, over 3000 wells have been drilled throughout the field. The field consists of many different sandstone formations and the oil viscosity varies between the formations. According to the customers, V-petrotek, LLC Introduction needed to complete the works which included verifying oil initial in place, OIIP, and production, calculating recovery, estimating the remaining oil reserve and the development plan design in a short time. Then the evidences could be provided fast for the customers’ following purchase decision. Aiming at project characteristic, reservoir features and the current status of oil field, V-petrotek, LLC Introduction engineers estimated P&P+C level reverse, designed development plan and evaluated the field potential from 6 aspects of works, which included building Petra database, formation review with selected key wells, re-evaluating oil & gas reserve and contrastive analysis, studying remaining oil distribution, designing development plan and economic evaluation. The work had provided evidences for customers’ purchase decision. Currently the customers are in commercial negotiations with oilfield owners.
